The Faculty and Student Development Center is dedicated to supporting the professional growth of university faculty and enhancing their comprehensive competencies to bring about qualitative innovations in teaching and research methodologies. The center focuses on ensuring continuous faculty succession, fostering collaboration, and creating the necessary legal and material conditions for independent, lifelong professional development. Furthermore, it supports the activities of the Student and Cadet Union and organizes a wide range of cultural, community, and extracurricular club activities.
