The mission is to prepare police officers who are capable of applying foundational theoretical knowledge from the social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences in the execution of professional duties to ensure national security, social order, and citizen safety. These officers shall fully possess the legal and professional expertise required to perform core police functions, including combating crime, protecting public order, and ensuring public safety. Furthermore, they will be characterized by a deep-seated commitment to patriotism, the rule of law, justice, and the protection of human rights and freedoms. Candidates will meet all health, physical, psychological, ethical, and communication standards, demonstrating the capacity for lifelong learning, self-development, and adaptability to any evolving environment.
Brief Introduction
The mission of the Police School is: "To be a national research and academic center for preparing ethical Mongolian police officers." On average, our school graduates more than 1,300 officers, sergeants, and cadets annually, providing professional human resources to implement state functions in combating crime, protecting public order, and ensuring public safety.
Personnel Information
The Police School employs approximately 70 faculty and staff members. Among them, 20% hold Doctoral degrees (PhD) and 80% hold Master’s degrees.
