The State Masters Swimming Championships of Mongolia took place on June 6–7 at the Songinokhairkhan District Swimming Pool.
Six staff members from the University of Internal Affairs, led by Colonel N. Uerbaatar, Senior Coach and Instructor in charge of water sports training, successfully participated in the competition.
The following achievements were made by the team:
Colonel N. Uerbaatar (Senior Coach/Instructor): Won a silver medal in the 100m freestyle, and bronze medals in the 100m backstroke, 100m breaststroke, and 50m freestyle.
Senior Sergeant E. Amarbayar (Lifeguard): Won silver medals in the 200m backstroke, 200m breaststroke, and 100m butterfly, as well as a bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke.
Reserve Colonel S. Enkhsaikhan: Won a bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke.
Colonel Ch. Enkhbayar: Won a bronze medal in the 200m backstroke.
Additionally, Reserve Colonel B. Naranbaatar and Police Lieutenant T. Myanganjadamba (Librarian) both secured honorary fourth-place finishes.
