The "Criminology" doctoral program at the Police School of the University of Internal Affairs was accredited for a five-year period in 2023. Following the submission of a progress report prepared in accordance with 7 criteria and 30 recommendations provided by the National Council for Education Accreditation (NCEA), an expert team conducted an evaluation yesterday, June 10, 2026.
The professional expert team from the NCEA reviewed the progress report and supporting evidence regarding the recommendations given during the previous accreditation. They concluded that the program has successfully implemented the recommendations and continues to meet all accreditation requirements.
Program accreditation evaluates whether the quality of training, curriculum content, learning environment, faculty, and the skills of graduates meet necessary needs and standards. It is of great importance for supporting the continuous development of educational institutions.
