To conduct scientific research and development (R&D) and innovation activities, and to generate new and additional knowledge;
To undertake commissioned research work and implement science and technology projects;
To organize, support, and collaborate in academic conferences, seminars, and other related events;
To review and discuss doctoral dissertations and intellectual works, and to issue conclusions on whether they meet general and specific requirements, standards, and adhere to researchers' ethical norms;
To review master's research work and provide comments and recommendations;
To submit proposals and finalize decisions regarding the appointment of research topics, supervisors, and advisory teams for master's and doctoral students;
To provide research methodology consulting and guidance to master's and doctoral program students.
